Return window: 30 days from delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and hangtags attached, in the original packaging.
How to return an item
- Email support@jacketnest.com with your order number and the reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
- We will reply within 24 business hours with a return authorisation and the correct return address.
- Ship the item using a tracked service. Include your order details slip in the package.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 5 business days to post the credit.
Return shipping costs: Return shipping is paid by the customer
Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged in transit, or not as ordered.
Exchanges
Request an exchange the same way as a return. Once we receive and approve the returned item, your replacement ships within 20 business days.
Full refunds regardless of condition
You are entitled to a full refund, including shipping both ways, if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The product does not match its description on our website
Custom and made-to-measure items
Items made to your measurements or altered to your specification cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or not as ordered, because they cannot be resold. This is stated on the product page before you order.
