Payments
Payment can be accepted via PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks.
Your card information is protected using SSL encryption and is transmitted securely to our payment provider. Payment details entered on our website are provided directly to our payment provider through a secure connection.
- We will not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries or restricted parties.
- Customers under the age of 18 may not register, place orders, or otherwise use this website without the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Customers should retain a copy of their transaction records and applicable merchant policies.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and login credentials.
Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation containing tracking information.
If we need to confirm sizing, colour, measurements, or other order details before production, we will contact you by email. We will not begin production until the required information has been confirmed.
If we do not receive the required information within 2 days, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch. You may then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order at no cost. We are not obliged to supply a product that is clearly listed at an incorrect price.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched, at no charge, for a full refund.
To cancel your order, email support@jacketnest.com with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Made-to-measure and custom-altered orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, these items may have entered production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation because they are made specifically to your requirements.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information about returning an eligible order after dispatch.
Governing Law
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
